My goal is to serve and support others in their quest to improve themselves, their teams, their organizations - and their lives. I passionately believe that change is not only possible, but inevitable, and that we have the power and responsibility to shape and direct it. At the same time, we all have blinders, filters, and patterns which limit our effectiveness. We offer ways to achieve greater clarity and insight and to leverage this awareness in forging a path forward to the future we want to realize.

I have a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech, and I completed my coach-specific training through Erickson International's ICF-accredited program. I've spent my career studying leadership and personal development, and the rest of my life relearning lessons on leadership and growth the hard way.

Life can be painful, confusing, and difficult. The path toward success and happiness is often obscured by distractions both internal and external. A guide through this wilderness is invaluable. Armed with self-awareness, an appetite for growth, and a guiding purpose, anything is possible.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
